E Glass Marble

The E Glass Marbles belong to Borosilicate glass and have excellent electrical insulation and mechanical properties. It is the raw material for marble melt process to make super fine fiberglass yarn with filament diameter lower than 9µm. The yarn made from the marbles has better strength and more flexible than using direct melt process, not only because of its finer diameter, but aslo it is heated through its melting point twice which gives the glass more dwell time and making the fiber with lower seed count.
